1. Bánh Xèo - Vietnamese pancake

Bún is fresh noodle produce of rice, it has a little bit sticky, that's really bland, a little sour.

Definition of Bún Thịt Nướng, is simple :fresh noodle, grilled pork, peanuts on the top, some mixed vegetables (Vietnamese perilla, lettuce, cucumber are cut to small slides), fried spring rolls.
